What Our Patients Say About Us.

Mr. Sushil Chaturvedi.

Mythili-Gopalakrishnan

"I was suffering from arthritis from 1998 from the age of 54 years. Earlier I was a cricketer, who would bowl 40 overs in a match and opening batsman scoring tons of runs as an opening batsman. This probably affected my knees in the later stage of my life. I consulted number of orthopaedic surgeon s for the treatment and one of my friend, Dr Telang, who is associated with Dhanvantri hospital, Andheri West, he advised me to go for physio therapy to delay the knee replacement surgery as he suggested that the life of knee caps is around 15 years.

So he advised me to delay the surgery as much as possible. When I touched 70 years of age , it became unmanageable after the age of 7O. Then I was looking for a orthopaedic surgeon, and fortunately I was knowing Dr Sanjeev Jain operating in Hiranandani hospital doing knee replacements. I contacted him in the month of September 2015 and I was also ready for knee replacement surgery and we fixed the date and on 26 the October 2015 , I underwent my knee replacement for both my knees. It was very successful and Dr. Sanjeev Jain, advised post operative physio therapy exercises to continue throughout life to have great life post knee replacement. Now I walk 40 mins in the morning and evening along with my prescribed physiotherapy regime. I also do yoga.

Earlier, prior to my knee surgery, I was finding it difficult to travel in the country and abroad for my professional commitments as I am a worldwide renowned astrologer and my clients commitments required me to travel internationally all around the globe. I was finding it very difficult each day to take these long overseas trips. But now after having undergone these surgeries, I am able to travel without any pain or discomfort with total ease. Post surgery, I have come to a conclusion that a genius doctor, like Dr Sanjeev Jain, who has given my knees a new life and made me walk like a young man without any limping or any pain , and I see others who have undergone the same surgery which has not been so successful and derive the results as expected.

The doctor gives his 100% during operation and it is a duty of the patient to follow religiously the physio therapy yoga walking in order to have the best results post surgery. Even if the doctor has done his job successfully it is the duty of the patient to go for the post operative exercises to get the best results to have a good post surgery life. I am thankful to Dr Sanjeev Jain for enabling me again and making a a big difference to my life."
Best Regards,
